4D Planning assisted the client to obtain planning permission retrospectively for a rear facing roof terrace. The council were against roof terraces which would detract from the character of the conservation area and would potentially overlook neighbours. 4D Planning prepared the drawings and proposed a trellis screen to prevent any potential overlooking. We prepared the application and within 8 weeks the application was granted permission by Camden Council.
