We prepared a planning feasibility report and advised the client on the best way to achieve planning permission to maximise the potential of the property. We were then instructed to prepare the architectural design, architectural drawings, planning statement, design and access statement and associated documents and forms. We liaised with Waltham Forest Planning Officers and addressed all queries and potential concerns. The application was granted planning permission for a rear extension at first floor level, improvements to the facade, new AC units, solar panels on the main roof and a roof terrace with external staircase. We were also approved for the creation of four new self contained residential units (flats).
