Application for Certificate of Lawfulness in respect of existing use as a residential dwelling (Use Class C3).

4D Planning assessed the planning history of the property and advised on the most appropriate route to regularise the existing residential use. We prepared and coordinated the Certificate of Lawfulness application, compiling documentary evidence, statutory declarations, plans, and supporting statements to demonstrate continuous lawful use as a Class C3 dwelling. We managed the submission process and liaised with Tower Hamlets Council until the certificate was successfully granted.
