4D PLANNING offered the client planning advice and sketched out a number of options to create a large extension at the rear of the property. 4D PLANNING was then instructed to prepare the application for planning permission and to produce the architectural plans, sections and elevations and all relevant maps, documents and forms for the submission. The application process took about 8 weeks and the application was GRANTED planning permission by Watford Council.
