4D Planning were appointed to provide full planning consultancy services for the proposed single storey rear extension, new garden fence, and bin store. Our role included assessing the proposal against relevant local and national planning policy, advising on design and siting to address residential amenity considerations, and preparing the planning statement to support the application. We managed the planning submission to Hillingdon Council, liaised with planning officers throughout the process, and responded to queries to ensure concerns were addressed. Through a clear planning strategy and robust policy justification, we successfully secured planning permission for the development. We also obtained permission from Hillingdon to annex some of the land adjacent to the client's garden as it was unclaimed land and not maintained.
