Change of use, new residential and commercial development

Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site to provide a part 2 part 3 storey building with commercial space at ground floor level and 2 residential units (use class C3). Proposal includes terrace at second floor level and green roof.

4D Planning were instructed to advise on the planning considerations for a development of the site to comprise new residential units and commercial at ground floor level. We prepared architectural drawings and planning documents and liaised with the Planning Department at Hackney Council via their pre application advice service. A Planning Application was approved for a similar development following changes to the original scheme.
