Change of use of premises from furniture store to veterinary practice E(e) and ancillary detached outbuilding for storage. New signage.

4D PLANNING were instructed by a Vet company to obtain planning permission for the change of use of the premises to a day care veterinary practice. We prepared the drawings and a comprehensive statement justifying the proposed use in the context of planning policy, the loss of the existing use and addressing noise and opening hours which drew a lot of attention from neighbours. We applied for planning permission and advertisement consent for the signage and liaised with the planning officers. The applications were GRANTED planning consent by Bromley Council.
