Change of use of ground floor premises from estate agents (Use Class E) to educational centre use (Use Class F1-a) and signage.

4D Planning undertook a detailed feasibility assessment to establish whether the loss of the existing Estate Agents (Class E) use and proposed Educational Centre (Class F1(a)) would be supported by Kensington & Chelsea Council. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning statement, and supporting application documents, addressing planning policy, transport, neighbour impact, and town centre considerations. We liaised with planning officers throughout the application process and successfully secured planning permission for the change of use and associated signage.
