We researched the local planning policies, site constraints, designations, planning history and precedent and other considerations. We established that a roof terrace could be achieved. We prepared a planning application with a convincing Planning Statement, addressing the Conservation Area appraisal and local precedent. We produced the architectural drawings and designed the roof materials, staircase and skydoor and drainage to meet planning and building control requirements. We also responded to neighbour's objections and liaised with the planning officer at Camden Council until planning permission was granted.
