Loft conversion involving the construction of gable end roof, rear dormer window and installation of front roof lights.

4D Planning were instructed to prepare the floor plans, sections and elevations and all relevant architectural drawings for a large roof extension to the single dwelling. We advised the client to apply for a lawful development certificate to confirm that planning permission would not be required. We submitted the application for the lawful development certificate and within 8 weeks Barking and Dagenham Council approved our application as lawful.
