Range of our fees for Architectural Drawings services in 2026

Measured survey, Existing & Proposed Architectural Drawings: typical fees range from £650 - £5000 depending on the size of the property and the proposed development. 

 

Range of our fees for Planning Application services

We can draft the Planning Statement, Heritage Statement, Design and Access Statement and a range of other support documents for your planning application.

Our fees range from £875 - £5,000 depending on the size of the property and the proposed development. 

 

Range of our fees for Building Regulations Drawings services

We produce all the Building Regulations drawings for your extension and conversion. These drawings demonstrate full compliance with the Building Regulations and are therefore signed off and approved by Building Control. We can also coordinate with the Structural Engineer and assist with the Tender Pack for pricing purposes. Planning Advice Fees

  • Phone / Zoom consultation: 

    • Free of charge (and no commitment) for a 20 minute pre-arranged phone / Zoom consultation with a Planning Consultant.
  • Email / WhatsApp consultation:  

    • Free of charge subject to 4D Planning's discretion and availability.
  • Desktop Feasibility studies with Feasibility Report:  

    • £275 per hour. We will confirm how many hours we believe it will take (depending on the nature of the proposed works and property location). The report will be from 1-20 pages long, depending on the complexity of the development. We usually take 3-5 working days to produce the report. If the report is needed urgently, please let us know, and we will try to prioritise it. This is the preferred option for developers who are looking to buy and develop a property.
  • Site visit: 

    • £500 for a one-hour site visit and consultation with a planning consultant to discuss the feasibility of your proposed development. Site visits are subject to our availability.
