4D Planning Consultants LTD. was formed in 2010 to offer home owners and property developers a professional and experienced service to obtain planning permission for most types of residential and commercial developments. 
We are a professional team of planning consultants, architectural technicians and designers, who specialise in obtaining planning permission for our clients. We offer a “one-stop-shop” from planning to construction. Once planning is granted, we produce building regulations for building control approval, and provide structural drawings and construction drawings as required. We work close with recommended building companies, and see to all the "design and build" needs of our clients.

Our primary focus is on developments located in all 32 of the London Boroughs and in the 10 Greater Manchester Boroughs. 4D Planning Consultants has notable expertise in preparing and negotiation of residential and retail assessments, although we operate in all development sectors including mixed use developments.

The planning system is known by many as complex, confusing and very frustrating. The coalition government is attempting to simplify the process, and at the same time, reduce the amount of bureaucracy involved.
