Preparation of architectural drawings and 3D visualisations, preparation of Design and Access and Planning statement, submission of planning application, liaison with the council and preparation of building regulations and tender pack for construction.

4D Planning were instructed to design the façade of the building to provide access and light to the new 48 residential units. The conversion to flats from offices was granted under prior approval, therefore the windows and doors were applied for at a later stage.
