The pub on Chester Road, Manchester, closed in the early 1990s and burnt down in 2012. Manchester-based developer Generation Ltd has submitted plans for 27 apartments at the former Bull’s Head site in the city. The £6m scheme has two levels of outdoor terraces and a private courtyard area for tenants, while some of the duplex apartments have a private terrace. Should planning be approved by Manchester City Council work could start in the summer with completion in summer 2019.
